Ape Kade is the online grocery store operated by M M Trading LLC in Japan. We provide authentic Sri Lankan and Asian grocery products to customers across Japan through online ordering, delivery, and store pickup services.

All prices on the M M Trading LLC website are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY/¥). Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier pricing, seasonal changes, or market conditions. The final price of the order will be the price shown at the time of checkout.

Order Processing

Delivery Policy
M M Trading LLC provides nationwide delivery across Japan using trusted courier services such as Sagawa Express. Delivery fees may apply depending on the order value. Orders reaching the free delivery threshold may qualify for free shipping according to the delivery policy displayed on the website.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier schedules, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery progress.

M M Trading LLC is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.
Store Pickup
Customers may select the store pickup option during checkout. Once the order has been prepared, customers will receive notification that their order is ready for collection at the store location in Chiba. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders within a reasonable time after notification.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of grocery and food products, returns are generally not accepted unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers should contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or suitable solution depending on the situation. Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original payment method.
