Payment Timing / お支払い時期	Credit card payments are processed at the time of order confirmation. Bank transfer and convenience store payments must be completed within 3 days of placing the order. Cash on delivery must be paid at the time of delivery. クレジットカード決済はご注文確定時に処理されます。銀行振込およびコンビニ決済は、ご注文日から3日以内にお支払いください。代金引換は商品お受け取り時にお支払いください。
When Orders Are Processed / 商品の引渡時期	Orders are usually shipped within 1 day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 1:00 PM are generally shipped the next day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days. ご注文商品は、通常、入金確認後 1日以内に発送いたします。午後1時までのご注文は、原則として翌日に発送いたします。午後1時以降のご注文は、通常 1～2営業日以内に発送いたします。

Order Cancellation / 注文のキャンセルについて	Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be accepted. ご注文のキャンセルは、発送前に限り、できるだけ早くカスタマーサポートまでご連絡いただくことで承ります。商品発送後のキャンセルはお受けできない場合があります。
Returns and Exchanges / 返品・交換について	For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us promptly after receiving the product. We will handle the return or exchange at our cost. Refund Policy / 返金について	If a refund is approved, it will be made using the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. 返金が承認された場合、可能な限りご利用時のお支払い方法にて返金いたします。返金時期は、ご利用の決済機関または金融機関により異なる場合があります。

Availability / 在庫について	All products are subject to availability. In the event an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer regarding substitution, partial shipment, cancellation, or refund. すべての商品は在庫状況により販売しております。ご注文後に在庫切れが判明した場合は、代替品、分納、キャンセル、または返金についてご連絡いたします。
